ImmuFact® Monotherapy and Chemo-Immunotherapy

The Company is developing its lead product in several indications with a view to early registration particularly in the very promising area of synergistic combination therapy in oncology (i.e. first line chemo-immunotherapy in advanced disease).

Immutep is setting up partnerships with a wide range of companies developing therapeutic vaccines, either cell-based, or using novel antigens, DNA, viral vectors or delivery systems.




ImmuTune®

The immunomodulatory therapeutic antibodies are being developed for the up-regulation of T cells as an adjunct to cancer therapies (“lifting the immune checkpoint”) or the down-regulation of T cells in autoimmune diseases or transplantation. These programmes will be partnered at an appropriate stage.
